Middle Tennessee is in need of a mass transit plan. Our region’s population is growing rapidly. A meeting was held on Oct. 27, 2016 at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce to discuss ideas for a mass transit plan. Reported by City TV Reporter Cecilia Herrell.
