Middle Tennessee is undergoing another study to find solutions for a crowded downtown that keeps getting more crowded. This study is looking specifically at Nashville’s downtown core.
A collaborative effort between Metro Nashville Planning Department, the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure, and WeGo Public Transit, the Connect Downtown effort seeks to refine the way we move in, around, and through downtown.
Aiming for safety and efficiency, this study will deliver actionable steps that Metro Nashville can take and projects they can invest in to make downtown a destination for anyone who seeks to live, work, or play.
